When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

How long does delivery take?

Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link to the address used at checkout. If you don’t see it, check spam/junk folders.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging without product details displayed on the exterior.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Email support@elitepeptidelab.com as soon as possible with your order number.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered?

Carrier delays can occur. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or it’s marked delivered but you can’t locate it, contact support@elitepeptidelab.com and we’ll help investigate.

Return & refund policy

If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right. Because our products are research supplies, opened or used items are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

What items are eligible for return?

Unopened items may be eligible only in limited circumstances. For safety and integrity, we generally cannot accept returns of products once shipped unless the order is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

Email support@elitepeptidelab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and items. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel or update it. Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

When will I receive my refund?

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider, but typically posts within 3–10 business days after approval.

Do you refund shipping costs?

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
